Letter of thanks - “Join hands to help disadvantaged people impacted by COVID-19”

On June 27th, Triviet Myanmar Company had a charity program to donate 166 present for the poor households that live behind Myittar Oo Pagoda, North Okkalapa Township. We would like to sincerely thank the sponsors, the Triviet Steel Myanmar staffs, the helper people in that place and the Myittar Oo Pagoda management were tried the best to help us. We had a successful, meaningful and happy charity event.

On that day, It was a rainy day, even some day before it didn't rain. We were worry the donation present would get wet and had plan to keep in the truck car. But we were surprised and appreciated the help of the people here: The Village head, the people and the young volunteers,... They already prepared the tables, chairs and to contact with the pagoda management to borrow a covered area. They also helped us many things, very enthusiastic, friendly and do not hesitate to do anything to help the charity event go smoothly.

Besides, Thank our Triviet Myanmar team. We really did great teamwork. In order for the charity program to be successful and give the right people is a process with many stages: From surveys, site selection, planning, calling for donations, buying, dividing, packing, giving donation vouchers, until loading and unloading onto the truck car, transporting, arranging the present in the pagoda area, guiding people to make a social distance queue (in virus corona period) and giving donation present. And we have done it excellent with 100% enthusiasm. We are proud of you
