QUANTITY SURVEYOR
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience working in the company’s business field is a plus.
- College degree in Economics or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English communication is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare and analyze project quantity tables.
- Identify and manage project change orders.
- Verify subcontractor and contractor quantities.
- Reconcile quantities with clients, subcontractors, and contractors.
- Develop effective quantity control solutions.
- Assess and report to superiors on potential quantity risks during the control process.
