JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in writing, communication, and negotiation in English at a C level.
- Computer skills: Proficient in using relevant software.
- Thorough understanding of Labor Law and Social Insurance Law.
- At least 3 years of experience in a human resources management position.
- Preference: Male.

- Internal staff management
- Company-wide human resources management
- Recruitment and training
- Development and implementation of employee benefits and policies
- Dissemination of legal documents and handling of disciplinary violations within the company
- Development and management of regulations and procedures
- Performance evaluation across departments
- Supervision of clerical work, archiving, and office service provision
- Research and proposal to the Board of Directors for organizational structure development
- Departmental strategy development
- Research & development
- Establishment and development of relationships with government agencies
