HR TEAM LEAD

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in writing, communication, and negotiation in English at a C level.
  • Computer skills: Proficient in using relevant software.
  • Thorough understanding of Labor Law and Social Insurance Law.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a human resources management position.
  • Preference: Male.

  • Internal staff management
  • Company-wide human resources management
  • Recruitment and training
  • Development and implementation of employee benefits and policies
  • Dissemination of legal documents and handling of disciplinary violations within the company
  • Development and management of regulations and procedures
  • Performance evaluation across departments
  • Supervision of clerical work, archiving, and office service provision
  • Research and proposal to the Board of Directors for organizational structure development
  • Departmental strategy development
  • Research & development
  • Establishment and development of relationships with government agencies
