JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • College/University degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proficient in English communication, equivalent to level B.
  • Proficient in using related software.
  • Solid understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, etc.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources and administrative roles.

  • Monitor and calculate salary and bonuses.
  • Handle social insurance and personal accident insurance.
  • Manage labor union matters.
  • Manage personal income tax.
  • Handle tasks related to staff resignation.
  • Conduct statistical work.
  • Perform administrative tasks.
  • Research and development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
