HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College/University degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficient in English communication, equivalent to level B.
- Proficient in using related software.
- Solid understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources and administrative roles.

- Monitor and calculate salary and bonuses.
- Handle social insurance and personal accident insurance.
- Manage labor union matters.
- Manage personal income tax.
- Handle tasks related to staff resignation.
- Conduct statistical work.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Research and development.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
