PROJECT MANAGER

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Or postgraduate education.
• Good English communication skills, with preference given to those with professional English in construction or mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in using specialized construction software, steel structure software, and project management software.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to plan, strategize, and assign tasks to employees to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Skills in developing construction methods and managing construction costs.
• Organizational and operational skills for project construction.
• Solid understanding of project management processes and related procedures.
• Knowledge and experience in the construction field or steel structures.
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in management roles.
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in project management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

– Project survey.
Collaborate with the Sales Department:
1. Conduct project survey.
2. Propose and defend construction methods.
3. Propose construction schedule.
4. Provide basic construction quotation.

– Prepare for construction implementation.
1. Receive project input information from Board of Directors/Project Management Department Head.
2. Develop plans and strategies for organizing and deploying personnel involved in project management.
3. Approve overall project schedule and construction methods from the Construction Site Management Board.
4. Participate in kick-off meetings with relevant departments/divisions.
5. Approve plans and strategies for resource mobilization and utilization, project acceptance – payment – financial plans, and risk management plans.
6. Manage project relationships (with Party A, departments/divisions, supervisory consultants, etc.)

– Implement and control construction.
1. Manage overall work content: safety, quality, and progress at the construction site.
2. Manage additional work (volume, value) with Party A/Teams – Subcontractors (if any).
3. Approve payment/settlement plans with Party A/Teams – Subcontractors.
4. Evaluate and approve plans for handling construction defect lists.
