PLANNING & COORDINATION STAFF
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s/College degree in Civil and Industrial Construction, Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 01 year of experience working as a planning staff.
- Knowledge and experience in the implementation process of steel structure projects.
- Proficient in using office software (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook), know how to use Autocad, MS Project,…
- English: Communication level.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive project deadlines from the Sales Department and Project Department.
- Coordinate the project implementation plan, clarify the detailed design plans (if any), shop drawings, production, assembly, and installation.
- Adjust the project implementation plan according to the actual situation, optimize the resources of the participating departments to meet the required project schedule.
- Proactively interact with relevant departments to adjust production plans when there are changes
- Propose solutions to handle arising issues.
- Monitor and report on the project status daily.
- Report arising and sudden issues to the Head of Department.
- Compile detailed data on production, assembly, and installation status.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department and the direct supervisor.
